Those couple of shots don't expire that much confidence tbh I don't like the fact that the Predators are brought to earth by accident.

Nah this was an actual teaser. Not a teaser for the teaser which is annoying as all hell. Teasers are generally tone setters. They just express to the audience the tone and feel you’re going for and they’re short. This teaser for the teaser bullshyt is just for hypebeast

Problem is the tone was all over the place in that teaser.
Also if the leaked plot details are real this could be really bad
I really didn't get a sense of tone or structure from this, looks like they just pasted together a bunch of scenes.
Rumoured plot and details
Basically, Jacob Tremblay plays an autistic child genius who gets mailed Predator tech from his estranged solider father who finds it in a shipwreck. The Predator wants his tech back (oh yeah, he’s ten feet tall, genetically enhanced and is called the “Predator 2.0”) so he hunts down the soldier and his son in the suburbs to reclaim it. Also, there are lunatic soldiers and loads of hybrid creatures, namely, fukking Predator dogs. Oh and it’s set 30 years after the second film and Predators is basically ignored.
It’s going to be a stinker. Test screenings bombed for it. Reshoots are happening.
Tremblays character is able to decipher the Predator hieroglyphic language and Predators apparently steal spines not because of a tribal tradition but because they use them to merge their DNA with them for strength so all Predators contain human DNA and are human/alien hybrids.

It's supposedly takes place before Predators. But yeah, plot does sound pretty.....dumb. fukk. Smh.
I’m still rolling how the synopsis basically had them snitch on themselves and reveal this was gonna be shyt.
