Yep. I picked the Corvette up last October. She was a mess when I got her but I worked on her all Winter and took her to a local car show 2 weeks ago. I didn't win anything (my red Trans Am wins all the time) but to go from basket-case to almost show ready in 8 months isn't bad. My girlfriend doesn't like how much I spend on my cars (got a 1966 Dodge Monaco coming) but she has her hobbies (going to garage sales) and I got mine!
