Yea, 16 months on the criminal case...America didn't just stop talking about it the day after the verdict...non-stop coverage about peoples reactions to the verdict continued on for months. Then you had the civil trial in 95-96, while it was no where near the circus of the criminal trial it nonetheless kept OJ in the spotlight.
