Brehs I haven't watched this week's episode yet (I'm gonna watch it later tonight), but I've been seeing tweets like this non-stop from TV critics, bloggers, & etc. on Twitter ever since Tuesday night:

:martin: Is this chick about steal all the Emmy/Golden Globe spotlight from Courtney Vance?

her performance is nothing special to me. She's playing the role of the righteous/distressed/indepednent mom/victimized white girl role when in reality she was nothing but a corrupt prosecutor who conspired with corrupt cops to prosecute a brother based on nothing but LIES. The media will side with her because Courtney B Vance swagging through the court just brings back those bitter feelings of hate and hopelessness they had when Johnnie Cochran outclassed the prosecution professionally while exposing their CORRUPTION AND RACISM. Johnnie Cochran represents what "they" fear the most. A black man who can use their own system against them to protect the community from oppression and to punish them by suing them for all their injustices.

O.J. Simpson's former manager claims he knows who killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Norman Pardo told radio station KNX 1070:

"I know who did it, and I knοw why they did it. I just can't disclose it right now. ... We tried to talk to the police, but they took all my stuff regarding the incidents."

Yes, thats why people hate lawyers. But JC was on a different level. He was pretty ruthless, but charismatic and almost an entertainer performing for the cameras.

Cochran was an older Black man from the South.

I'm sure he was well worn & tired of racism, so that's all he cared about exposing in this trial. OJ (allegedly) killed 2 white ppl for whatever reason....meanwhile Black ppl in Cocrans day were killed just for walking in the wrong part of town. Or looking a white person in the eyes.

I don't condone it, but in the grand scheme of things, if OJ did do it, it's really not that big of a deal given this countries history.
