finally joined the SSD gang :win:

nice!

it boots up faster if you don't have a HDD hooked up for storage but it's still noticeably better even with the HDD.
games boot up and way faster and transition between levels is way faster as well.

it actually helps the performance in Arma a lot. probably cause it streams so much data. before I would get a lot of stutters/hitching, but now shyt is buttery smooth :win:

I think I'm gonna migrate battlefield 4 to my ssd because that game takes forever to load. everything else is negligible since I remove splash screens from most games.

875w for two 780 tis? Is this possible? The internet says yes, but I dunno

Maybe I'll just go with 2 780s instead (cheaper anyway)

both cards under full load...yeah i could see them getting to 875...but...unless you are mining, doing some serious graphics modeling and rendering...or both...you won't ever get close to that...hell in day to day use you won't push one of those cards...

I would agree with the two 780's...they are pretty easy to overclock and you can get each one of them to perform pretty close to a stock 780 ti

Brehs I need your help. I'm not up on laptops, what is the best thing one could get out there for $1500? I'm not buying for myself and don't have tons of time to research.

I know that Samsung Ativ Book 9 Plus and MacBook Pro Retina are up there. However an optical drive may be a must so I'm out of my depth here.
