Just upgraded my CPU and it feels good

Went from a Core2Quad Q8400 to a i7 4770k (plus a new mobo and 16GB of RAM)

I can finally run PS2 and GC/Wii emulators like a boss. I'll upgrade the GPU at some point too (currently on a GTX 570).

So been in the market for some headphones around 50 bucks or less. First bought koss dj100 from amazon but they kinda hurt my ears and have no bass so gonna return them. Today I ordered monoprice closed headphones for 34 bucks. Heard good things but also heard they are super painful anyone have these

ps2 emulators like a boss bruh you can run pretty much anything on this planet like a boss with a i7-4770k

hard to believe your 570gtx is the bottle neck

Has anyone used a Bluetooth headset for gaming on PC?

My mic is paired up fine, I can go to the devices list and configure the sound fine, I can check the mic levels fine, but when I load up a game, I can see the mic icon next to my name, but when I speak it's not working. Nobody can hear me. If I do video calling on Google Hangouts the mic works, but for some reason I can't ever get it to work while in a game. What gives?

I know @Front 2 Back uses one maybe he can help

The 570 is doing me fine though so I'm not in a particular rush. But yeah, I'll probably wait for an 870. Something at the 2-300 range.

Excuse me if the the question seems simple but are you hitting the key to talk? In certain games you have to hit a key.

Like I said, just ruling the most obvious case before we can proceed.

When I played on BF4 I would hit the key and it worked like once. Last night I was using it on TitanFall... you need to hit a key for that game as well?

Yeah the 4770k life is very good. I need to find other reasons to make good use of it lol. The main reason I got it was to run PS2 and Wii emulators lol

Just for BF4 and now TitanFall. I've had it working like once on BF4. It might be working on TitanFall, I didn't know I had to press a key to enable the voice chat
