hopefully they throw dp 2.1 on it. 1.4 is not cool for a card that can take full advantage of 2.1 especially with those 2.1 monitors coming out next year
Breh my coworker just came to work and gave me a RTX 3060, RTX 2060, and an Intel I5 8600K that he was going to throw out. He told me about it a few days ago and I told him to give me that shyt. To THROW OUT are you kidding me? LOL
He claims his brother said that the GPU has thermal issues but I can always check that or fix it if needed. I didn't even know about the RTX 2060, dude just had that as extra.
To be honest, the guy is a little slow but that's beside the point. Can't wait to get home and test them!

I just copped one for my PS5. I'm tempted to get the 990 for my new build (I have 2 980 2tbs in it currently). I'll probably hold off for the 4tb 990 though next yearBought two 2TB Samsung 980 pro nvme SSDs off Amazon for 179 a pop. They usually go for 379. Guess the 990 and Black Friday deals helped out on that price. Just need a case and a liquid cooler and I can start my new build

Just bought a prebuilt going from a GTX1070 to RTX3060 should be here Sunday. I know its not a super huge improvement but an upgrade. I'll keep this new one for a few years and then the next one I do will definitely build a new one.
You gotta do a come up shuffle off the strength of that. I'm legit jealous. I just did a comparison between my 1070 ti and the 3060 and they seem to be on par with each other.

I'm waiting for the auction I have on Ebay for the 3060 I got for free to end and use that along with my warranty refund of my current card (3060 ti) and cop possibly a 3090 as I saw an open box for $899. If not then a 3080 Ti.
