The only thing I didn't like is those black bars. I wish we could turn them off. I'll be playing this day one. Just saw this comes out on a Friday. Taking that day off. 3-day weekend.

15 or 20 bucks....doesn't matter...it could be one or two. It's my money. It's not simply about opinion. I put a little more value into consensus. It's not everything, but it can be telling. Far more so than a few opinions tossed around, so we'll see how this turns out. This place tends to act like unless you experience trash for yourself, then you can't really be sure it's trash. I beg to differ.sell it and you out what 15-20 bucks....
not much of a risk imo, but I am a see for myself type of nikka.
i take damn near everyone's opinion with a grain of salt....
When did you play the order to already know how it feels and plays?Yes. The Order is no gears of war though.
And if the next gears doesn't add something gameplay wise then the campaign will feel stale just like The Order

This game is one of the reasons why I decided to go with the PS4 instead of the X1Lets get back on subject.
This shyt looks bananas.
I will definitely be copping.
WOAT gon WOATWhen did you play the order to already know how it feels and plays?
Didnt know you had access to games that arent even out yet.
WOAT
It wasn't a generalization. I've been around here long enough and have seen enough people with your viewpoint to know that in a thread when people start mentioning reviews, especially if someone really has high hopes for a game but it gets thrashed in reviews, the rhetoric starts to appear. "How do you know it's good if YOU haven't tried it...." It's a dishonest viewpoint. I don't believe for a second that you or any of those people seriously thinks that the only way that you can know if something is trash is unless you play it yourself. That's BS and its a defense mechanism to be able to continue to defend a game once its been bashed. It trys to shutdown an argument prematurely. You may like the game even though you know its not good and consensus has shown it to not be good. And people avoided it because of that consensus. And because you were the only one that played the shytty game, you take the stance that you were the only person that has the right to bash it. Maybe you can find someone to agree with you on that notion but I'm not one of them.everyone here has different opinions so i don't see how you could generalize like you did, but I agree with the bold. don't see it any other way.
btj me. if it peaks my interest I'll most likely check it out. its a lot sweeter if there is a little risk involved. watching video reviews and game vids
(don't see why anyone does the latter for a campaign they intend on purchasing) dulls the experience for me. straight spoiling yourself.
it could be one or two?? you value your dollar that more over life experiences. good or bad.... interesting. 15 isn't that much of a risk for a video
game. If I dislike a game I can confidently jump into a conversation and speak from personal experience.... not on some so and so and so thinks its
trash so its trash....
Isn't this like an opinion?? If I don't like something, what does it matter if other people think it's good?? vice versa too.It wasn't a generalization. And yes, I do value one or two bucks over certain life experiences, ESPECIALLY bad ones. I value one or two bucks over the prison experience? What? You don't? Again, to each his own. But that's how I view it. My time is valuable. It's finite. I'm a grown man with a house note, car note, job, etc. I have even less time to game like I really want to. Forgive me if I don't want to spend that time "experiencing" shytty games for myself.
so you play the game yourself or should we believe the expert at forbes and his 5 other blogger friends that this game will in fact suck..Yes. The Order is no gears of war though.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. The campaign may be better but there's no MP.Pre-ordered day one. Looking like a gears killer.

And that's cool. If you like it, play it, have fun with it. I'm not against that. All I'm saying is that I don't have to play a game, to understand a consensus and make a decision on it. For instance, if you look at Titanfall hypothetically speaking. It looks like its a mixture between human's fighting on the ground, and mech combat. But if I was to read a number of reviews and they said that it's mostly mech combat and I know that I don't like mech combat, I feel confident in avoiding that game. It's not eating at me because I think that the reviews may be lying and it's actually 90% human on human combat. I feel confident that enough people in the world know enough about videogames that if a majority said it was mostly mechs that I can lean on that consensus as being on point. Chemical is saying that I'd be wrong to do that and that I should find out for myself if it's mostly mechs or humans despite the fact that we have all those reviews and video evidence. He could be right, I don't know, I just disagree.Isn't this like an opinion?? If I don't like something, what does it matter if other people think it's good?? vice versa too.
I don't like titanfall and I think it's boring trash, you think I care if it's a decent rated game? I'm still gonna call it trash.
