I personally feel every black person should give this book a read. If you weren’t gonna read any other books about black history or the current black condition that’s the one I would recommend.

WHY: Because it is a literal Tour de France on the history of Black people From ancient times up to our current time to where we are now and our current position. Author also tries to provide solutions. It’s a very simple read even though it’s 350+ Pages.

Great book to get you started. From there you can really target areas for deeper reading. Blessed to have had this book and others like it in the home.

Is the only book I think that collectively all Black people read. Regardless of your religion or ethnic background I think all blacks should read this book.

I think it would clear up a lot of the miss information and confusion that you see among a lot of people of all races as to the root of our problems.

I don't like the title (nor the price ) but I heard about it so often that I'm eager to read it.

How big and dense is it? What are the approaches? Only historical or geopolitical, cultural, anthropological, philosophical... As well?

:feedme:Care to share/recommend a few more to go along with that?

Be honest breh it’s debatable. We have so many different beliefs and philosophies amongst us I don’t think it is one book that will apply to all of the Black people like this one will.

I will say that I am fond of nearly Fullers book the The compensatory textbook workbook for victims of racism.

I found and bought this in a Barnes and Noble years ago .. before I ever heard about it online ...

In hindsight it was strange that it was in there ...

I know what you mean. I brought black labor white wealth from there years ago and I’m surprised it was even on the shelf in Barnes & Noble.
