May appear unfair but rape is penetration (oral, anal or vaginal). If a woman don't use a tool, a toy or her fingers to penetrate (orally or anally) a male, she can't be charged for rape. I kinda agree with it even though I'm a little skeptical about it, but to me it's still obvious that being penetrated without consent is more damaging (for the body and the mind) than having to penetrate without consent.

Not debating about the trauma that both acts cause but just stating the fact that an unconsented penetration hurts you in you very self.

Yep that's what I got out of it. Seems like she was real irresponsible for getting wasted and when embarrassing pics get passed around she wants to cry rape. Not condoning the actions of the boys but her lack of self control has to be considered.

I don't really buy into all the outrage and anger from people because this shyt happens all the time. Chick and dudes gets drunk at party and do some sexual stuff. Their a lot of nikkas on this very board who would have caught a charge if a chick cried foul because her parents found out she fukking.
