Microsoft in the past (RROD) didn't give a fukk what was wrong with it, you tell them what the problem was, you send it in, they fixed it no questions asked.
Really, they would send a new or refurbished system. But in the XB1 case, all of them would be knew right now
So just tell them its one issue, the new system with the complimentary game would be in route as soon as you dropped your system off with UPS/whoever (Tru Story)

smh tell me bout it bro, the kinect is such a major part of the new system though its now basically a 360 with better graphics. i personally love the new kinect system and how it integrates with everything u do. so this sucks

no i mean until the store gets it in to do an exchange. mail it off and you'll probably have some major downtime.
