With “WWE 2K17" Future Stars Pack expected to roll out on Jan. 17, more content is ahead for wrestling gamer fanatics. "WWE" Hall of Fame Showcase has been confirmed to be coming and it will follow on or before Feb. 7.
Among the highlights of the next DLC pack include “The Fabulous Freebirds” and the Von Erich clan, which will bring some old-school touch to the "WWE 2K" series. The "WWE 2K17" Hall of Fame Showcase will be released for the PC version primarily with game console versions yet to be known. The PC version of the game will officially be out on Feb. 7 though the next DLC may not be immediately available.
The only way to get all the DLCs is through the Season Pass which costs $29.99. If availed, PC gamers can gain access to all the DLCs –including the "WWE" Hall of Fame Showcase content according to the official
website. For those following the latest updates in "WWE 2K17", this is not exactly the first time that the Hall of Fame Showcase has been mentioned.
Aside from “The Fabulous Freebirds” and the “Von Erichs”, other characters expected in the coming DLC include Cactus Jack, Diamond Dallas Page, Ivory, Jacqueline, Sting, Ric Flair, Brett Hart, Papa Shango, The Godfather and the Big Boss Man. Most can be played on iconic matches such as WCCW 1986, WCW Saturday Night 1992 and Armageddon 1999, according to
WWE.com.
While "WWE 2K17" Hall of Fame Showcase should be something to look forward to, the focus right now is on the Future Stars Pack DLC. The new add-on will feature the new faces in the "WWE" fold such as Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Austin Aries, Tye Dillinger and Mojo Rawley. Aside from the new characters, the moves and taunts of the new class are what most are eager to see as mentioned in a previous
post.
