I have a bet on portugal at 20s with titanbet who will return outright winner stakes if spain win the euros. do brehs think I should put a bet on germany to hedge my bet? i.e do people think england/italy have any chance to win it? and it would still leave me exposed on spain.

cant wait for this game! yeterdays game was a disappointment, france really let me down. i figured spain would win but damn, only 1 shot on target?
Well, we out. Not a surprised because we weren't built the win and Spain was too good for us, in all honesty. We got a promising squad so let's expect a good future.
I see a lot a Benz hate on this thread, but looking at thinks closer, we can see that he was totally isolated in this match and his performance is only partly his fault. Yes, he likes to go deep, but that can actually work with a second striker. Maybe we could try him a deeper position (à la Rooney) with a proper striker like Giroud that STAYS in the box.
I dunno, maybe a 4/2/3/1, with Menez/Ben Arfa on the right and Ribéry on the left, with Cabaye and M'Vila/Diarra in the midfield. Could be interesting, but Blanc's not the type, he likes the 4/3/3 philosophy was too much.
I hope we have a Germany/Spain on the final. The german side is impressive as usual and it will be good if they can finally have a title after all this years of good football without one. Plus, I really want to see them against this Spain which is not the best one ever, but still is efficient.

He was hyped up before the tournament, comin off a 30 goal season and did everything but play as a striker. What he tries and wants to do, he cant do because he aint built like that. Reason why Jose told him to play as a striker none of this droppin off bollocks, hes a flat track bully. His goalscorin record at international level is shyt, only goals vs England and Brasil both in Friendlies and the Englandgame was against a makeshift team.
Doubt Blanc makes it for the WC qualifiers in Sept.

yeah, I dont get why they hype that winning streak when they were beating the likes of Estonia and a weakened English team and Cyprus, etc.
In hindsight he looks a lot better as a lot of his actions were justified.
Domenech took over France with that great generation its last legs. Thats not say Domenech was great or should be in charge, etc but not taking Nasri and Citroenzima to the World Cup looks right.

In all the warm up games, it took the introduction of Giroud and Ribery to beat Iceland in the last 5 mins or so, who was carvin them open all game, with better player would of probably beaten France.
The Serbia game was meh, Serbs had nothing to play for and was a weaken team
vs Estonia they got their flat track bully on.
