This so so dull i decided to make my homemade pizza earlier than anticipated.

I went for your typical cheese + tomato with some chicken. The cheese is mozarella as the bottom layer, mature cheddar on top and a sprinkle of proper cheddar on top of that. The chicken applied throughout the layers.

Hmm i've been keeping an eye on her and i was concerned at the lack of goldeninging/crisping of the cheese(not that i like it burnt to a crisp, far from that), but i just had a look then and she's looking real nice imo. I wasn't sure of the temperature/time for cooking, but i'm an amateur to be sure.

I will of course take a photo when she's fresh from the oven, to share with the class.
