I know he always gets on Englands style of play, he did so after the WC loss to Germany, but what he wants and what hes gunna get is 2 different things, its gunna take atleast acouple of years or the right type of players to play that way.

There was signs of England playin good football in the 1st half, but when you have kick and rush player like Gerrard it fukks up the style of play, it is a pity that Wilshere is injured. In 2 games they havent really given any clear cut chances, everything has mainly been shots from outside of the box. First thing he said about welbecks goals was "shocking defending" and I think he even suggested he might not have meant it (him or graham taylor) and of course in his mind walcotts goal took a massive deflection and he wouldnt have it any other way. Anyone whos watches Welbeck knows he has a habit of scorin very good goals, i aint even surprised he did it. Hence why there is Welbeck everytime he scores. And despite Walcotts shortcomings as a player he does know how to hit a ball proper.

Russia need a point against Greece to go through, though they have to win to make sure of top spot in the group. If Russia draw, then Czech Republic will finish top if they beat Poland. The co-hosts can still top the group themselves if they win and Russia lose, though if Russia draw it will come down to group goal difference between them and the Poles. Greece can only top the group if they beat Russia by three goals and Czech Republic draw.

A winner in the game between Czech Republic and Poland will definitely make it through to the quarter-finals. The Czechs are only likely to go through with a draw if Russia pick up a positive result, Poland have to win to progress.

If Greece beat Russia and Czech Republic draw with Poland that will leave three teams on four points, with Poland bottom. The group would then be decided by a mini-league involving only the results of those three nations. As each will have three points it then goes to mini-league goal difference.
