Sydney gotta spin the block on the 400

Providing she wins gold this year. Next year for the world's she go for the 400m. (Iirc that was the goal for last year before she shut it down for the rest of the year) 2028 will be her real target for the 400m.

Depending on the schedule if its favourable I wouldn't be shocked if she went for the 400/400h double.

Will be interesting to see where she can take her 200 time between now and LA. If she can consistently get to 21.7-8. Then I can see her choosing the 200/400 double over the 400/400h in 2028

I'm disappointed Sydney not doing the trials for 400m which would've ended on Sunday. Looks like the 400mH trial won't start until Thursday so it would've gave her a little time to rest. But I heard the Olympic schedule won't really allow her to compete in both so I get it.

On another note, I just read that Knighton failed a drug test but it looks like he's gonna be in the clear because of contaminated meat? I was wondering why I hadn't heard about him lately

He said he went to a restaurant and had oxtail. He had traces of tren in his system but I guess USADA deemed it in the acceptable parameters for contaminated meat. They tested the restaurant meat too. I'm no expert on the drug testing shyt but I guess it sounds feasible.
