They probably didn't like what they had to say. I believe Megs bodyguard that was supposed to testify made a video right after it happened saying tory shot at the ground and didn't mean to hit Meg, that seems to match the details of the case.

Tory's bodyguard SHOULD be on his side so the fact that he wasn't there also leads me to believe his testimony would hurt Tory. Another fukk up is when the defense asked the expert who had more GSR on their hands and then stopped him from answering, that had to sound weird to the Jury.


It's crazy because people were acting like Tory's lawyers were killing it, but it was clear to anyone with an objective opinion that they were fukking up badly. They should have went extra hard putting that gun in Kelsey's hands, we didn't even get Tory's perspective on how everything went down.

Passing on that deal if you’re really innocent and still ending up on guilty on all 3 is wild but nobody knows the real story on what happened that night

What should’ve happened is the defense should’ve allowed the 1 sober guy from that night testify considering it was his driver.. passing because you wanted a verdict sooner and not to give the prosecution a chance to cross exam him is crazy cuz this is the only other person who would be able to recollect that night inside and out and I’d assume he was team Tory unless fear of bribery was involved

Tory would’ve been eaten alive if he testified because they would’ve made all the BS he’s done outside this case relevant to this case

The rest of the case was botched from all 3 testimonies in the court room being inconsistent with one another. He was guilty in the court of public opinion before this trial even started

I mean that his lawyers didn't do a good job telling his perspective to the jury, not that he had to take the stand. They gave a bunch of theories about what could have happened but they failed to paint the narrative of what actually happened from Tory's side.
