If you’re referring to reasonable doubt, it would have been necessary to provide a reasonable alternative theory as to who shot Megan to raise that doubt. He didn’t.

Not every case is the same. Everyone was pointing the finger at him, so if he wanted a chance, he would’ve needed to definitively point the finger at someone else.

His lawyer stopped short of that, which is no surprise when you had an IG comment from Tory saying “it wasn’t true” that Kelsey shot Meg.

There were multiple people who said they saw him shoot a gun, on top of him apologizing and trying to bribe someone from jail. He was cooked and never should’ve went to trial.

this was the main thing for me; why is this nikka apologizing if he didn't do anything especially when everyone was saying he did it previously? if he woulda kept his profile low, i really don't think the DA woulda pursed anything but this nikka mouth is too big

The evidence clearly shows he did it.

- He bribed and Kelsey and Meg. Kelsey admitted this in court and lowkey admitted he paid for her lawyer.
- Witness said he was shooting and shot four or five times.
- Meg said he was the shooter.
- Kelsey plead the fifth for everything EXCEPT that she shot him and bribed him.
- Kelsey sent a text “Tory shot Meg.”

The jurors actually heard voices and saw body language and emotions.

Yes he did. However I don't think he did it on purpose. He breaks the news that he's seeing Megan and Kelsey at the same time then randomly decides to shoot all over the place? Doubt it. What likely happened is that Kelsey got emotional after the news and reached for Tory's gun. They then fought over the weapon and tory accidentally shot megan OR (worst case scenario) he tried to diffuse the situation with warning shots to the ground (dumb move). The narraitve that he just randomly started shooting at Meg while saying "dance bih dance" makes no sense.

He has an easy appeal imo. Especially considering the jury used the recanted september interview (it should have never been allowed as evidence)
So we will see. Megs career is over though. at least in hip hop.

That's on the defense, the September interview wasn't evidence of what happened, it was evidence that she wasn't pressured into giving that statement.

It wouldn't have been allowed if the defense didn't try arguing that the statement was given under pressure.
