If you’re referring to reasonable doubt, it would have been necessary to provide a reasonable alternative theory as to who shot Megan to raise that doubt. He didn’t.
Not every case is the same. Everyone was pointing the finger at him, so if he wanted a chance, he would’ve needed to definitively point the finger at someone else.
His lawyer stopped short of that, which is no surprise when you had an IG comment from Tory saying “it wasn’t true” that Kelsey shot Meg.
There were multiple people who said they saw him shoot a gun, on top of him apologizing and trying to bribe someone from jail. He was cooked and never should’ve went to trial.
