Just like I said earlier in the thread, I believe Kelsey’s original testimony is what sunk it for Tory. Her original statement came off as the most credible and matched the physical evidence the best. The eye-witness testimony was all over the place and did not match the evidence.
If Torys lawyer hadn’t fukked up by opening the door to that being admitted, might be a different result.
