There are no gun holes in the vehicle and EVERYONE agreed Meg was away from the car when she was injured.

Uh oh, Depending on how the charges read for the assault and discharging, he may beat them both.
Like if assault and discharging reads the person has to purposely have the intent to harm to be charged with this, he may beat it, the assault part anyway.

His story changed. Originally he said two girls were fighting and one of them fired off a gun.

A prosecution star witness said that Tory didn’t shoot her.

It goes both ways imo. I’ve said I think Tory shot the gun but there’s just not enough evidence here imo

Me guessing with that Jury question. They think Tory shot Megan, but it wasnt on purpose so dont want to hit him with the assault charge. That doesnt bode well for how they feel on the other 2 charges though.
