All could've been avoided. The Ford gov't is always too late to act. Opened too early, shut it down too late
The shytty appointment-only covid testing system that is not accessible for the elderly or people without internet, staffing problems in LTC, staffing problems in in-person/virtual classes, zero enforcement of social distancing laws being broken by businesses or individuals until Sept, failure to procure enough flu shots this year. They had 6 months to be prepared for all this and they did nothing. Instead we got pics of Doug eating cheesecake and going to some guy's wedding, just great
