She’s moving forward to the second interview. I really liked her.

Two of our three candidates moving forward are Black actually. When I came to the org I was the only Black person there, which I spoke up about and had to navigate in some very calculated and sensitive ways but now we got some representation on every level and every team. Gotta be strategic sometimes.
Looks like we are going to hire her. She will be second in command and the executive director gonna age out in a few years.

Last time I went to Windsor I noticed it had more strip clubs that Toronto despite the city core being their size of a Toronto neighbourhood. That place looks grimey and depressing.

only good thing about windsor is how close it is to detroit and that it's cheap

I'd only live in windsor if i worked in detroit getting paid american dollars and living in canada best of both worlds
