PSW and housekeepers making minimum wage, Nurses making barely above 20 smh. No PPE

yup and I feel sorry for the patients, already old and frail with weak immune systems

Hospitals barely have enough PPE yet alone long term care places. Risking your life for 15 a hour, if anyone deserves a major bump in salary its these folks, and many have to take transit

you have symptoms?
:lupe:
Yeah breh. It ain’t bad at all, mostly annoying at this point but definitely have symptoms. None of the bad stuff though. Fever is very mild. Breathing fine. No cough. Though my chest does hurt a bit today. I’ve had a sinus headache for the last five days however and been hungrier and thirstier than I’ve ever been in my life, which is pretty common from personal accounts I’ve read—apparently it means your immune system is attacking the shyt out of the virus and needs more fuel.

Yeah breh already left a message with my family doc. They just called back. She’s not working this week though. :stopitslime:

Do I need to call or anything or do I just show up? That’s about a 5 minute drive from the crib. Any word on the expected lineups?

You just show up, not sure of the lineups but i know we avg like 40-50 people a day, When you enter you will be screened and registered then brought into a assessment centre room

I worked with the nursing unit on this document below

Just make sure you tell em your symptoms (overexaggerate) and your temperature is over 38 and you work in a at risk setting
