:damn: in one year you'd have enough for a decent down payment on a condo/townhome
i know I know but with houses over 800k in the city for a lil one storey home I don’t see the need for a house since I don’t got kids and shyt

Money ain’t an issue cause I’m a licensed HVAC tech so I get a lot of side work and have months where I make 8k+ but even then it’s still not enough with the cost of living in Toronto before this pandemic

probably if we broke up (still in my 20s so It’s def a possibility lmao) she works literally right outside our place, I’ve been trying to move to Sauga for the longest time cause it’s so much cheaper but we’ll see.

sauga has some cheap rentals from like 1200-1500 but even that is a lot, Montreal is like 900 bucks

ill try to help you no expert on furnace mostly work on boilers

best advice in your next home if you ever plan to own another or buy your first boiler systems are the most efficient and reliable systems with not much maintenance involved in it, initial cost is expensive but you save in the long run

Rental prices, there's 2 notable elements to it:
- very strict rental boards
- large supply of student renters proportionally (one of the highest per capita student populations in North America)
8% higher income tax

How much longer can we go before folks will be selling a 4K tv for a loaf of bread and cream cheese

This is gonna be so scary. Like it is about to ugly. & Honestly Trudeau is pissing me off. The director of WHO warned the world leaders in February they should have beeeen planned a safety net/ taken precautions like south South Korea. & SK has 51 mill+ so what's Canada's excuse? :mjtf:

Yeah, they thought a travel ban would stop it. :unimpressed:

I'm not gonna be surprised if Liberals win the next election.
