I won’t lie though, of the black folk I know in my age group, a good number have married folk outside their race. That will continue to happen IMO. We are lost in this city and trust I’d move to the US if my wife would OK it. I have mad family doing very well there and most are married to other black folk. Much stronger identity and I’ve actually been to affluent black communities in the US and it is a great feeling. Black folk are seen in high ranking positions there. You simply do not see that here. I think a lot of it though has to do with black folk there being Americans and black folk here being whatever country thry came from. We don’t have an identity here. Just a bunch of immigrants lumped together.

Oh and yeah definitely, even the "express entry" to fill baby boomer spots take a look at the stats its mainly indians and chinese, the only blacks coming through are the highly educated ones who would be accepted in any country. All these indians and chinese and white they hire their own. I'm finishing up my data science certificate at u of t I've been the only black dude in all 3 courses so far

racism in canada isn't the nygger to your face or noose or burning cross, its subtle and behind close doors

The new ceo at my hospital he replaced all teh vps with his old vps from his old hospital no one says nothing (all white of course)

my brother in law was a manager at a hospital i won't name, he hired a black dude and someone reported him to hr

canad is just like the england, you go to london, manchester birmingham you think its multicultural but england is 80% white. Same with canada you go to toronto, montreal you think its multilcutural but its not canada is still 75% white as snow

im voting conservative btw
