I put cops online for that, it's not an acceptable at all, and stop frisk/broken windows policing has been proven ineffective.

A cac pig has zero right to bother me without probable cause and a warrant, and I'm pretty sure harassing a US Senator's close relative would do wonders for the career of said pig and his superiors.

Canada has a veneer of respectability it would like to maintain. Stop-frisking the wrong person would put a stain on it. There's no legitimate way to politely stop somebody black for no reason, nor does it prevent crime. It's a security blanket for whites.
