i remember driving down there as a kid and seeing electric circus. Happy I got my experience to work and intern there

They moved all talent to the CTV building across from Scarborough Town Center. That whole area(STC) is changing so fast too. They arw building like 30 condos all around it. Driving near 401 and McCowan is going to suck for the next 5 years

They can charge high rent and basically say its all the amenities and proximity to the Mall/TTC. But fukk no RT, why would you want to live at McCowan and 401/Progress? Unless I have family or business in Malvern, why would I want to live there? Still have to bus it to Kennedy just to go downtown
