If I knew some of the guys were spending every weekend, I would've planned and booked everything last February; I've been ready to go lol

Good looking out, doesn't that take a big hit on your credit?

Not sure never used it
But I have seen it on Reddit Canada

Just breaks down the numbers and speaks common sense

40% each house in Canada on average costs than the equivalent average cost for the same home down south

I would venture to say Toronto is close to 80%

Also factor in the lower income tax and the weaker Canadian dollar

Also factor in the bad weather for 8 months of the year

Breh its not only that, super expenisve places in usa say manhattan, you can live like 30-45 min away and its still affordable, same as in london etc.

Toronto? You can go to guelph, hamilton, peterborough and the prices are still high

imagine paying like 800,000 to live in friggin london ontario
