Sure, we all have, but something like smoking crack when you're a politician isn't good optics. If your workplace finds out you smoke crack, you'll be fired, so it shouldn't be different for Ford. They do drug tests at some workplaces for a reason...it's not a good look for the company, no matter how good and efficient the employee is.
