just saw a guy get his head split open

Dude was turning on his scooter and a car hit him right in front of my eye

Dude bleeding from his head and ear. Driver stopped and was saying they had the right of way

They didn’t I saw it all, dude was turning and so were they and they clipped him .

Fire trucks came and are like anyone whose not a witness leave

I just left even though I had the best view

Hope dude is ok

Canada lost it's way when we didn't control our real estate market. The real estate game pretty much killed Canada's incentive to innovate and grow. Why would an entrepreneur invest in somebody when they can just hoard real estate which is a bulletproof investment? Plus, if you look at the tech industry there aren't many startups due to the reason above, so they'll most likely just go south of the border, which will give them a better chance to make it.

It's most likely a political death sentence to correct real estate issue, but we're going to continue to see issues until that fixes. There are no incentives to be an entrepreneur in this current landscape. Plus, our population can only grow through immigration because logically it's not wise for most Canadians to build a family because it's too expensive

So you could be the difference between that man getting compensated for being wronged and you chose to let the guilty party have the upper hand?..... and we ask why things remain unjust in our society...... :francis:

Yeah it’s getting worse for them bike lanes man

I had rung my bell on my bike for damn near a minute and a Indian woman and her friend just stood in the bike lane and starred as they got out their car :francis: :francis:

No incentive for people who grew up here

No incentive for foreigners who are just gonna be priced out the market while working at McDonald’s

But muhfukkas wanna act like Canada is a safe haven for anyone. It’s expensive and you WILL be priced out whether you like it or not

I actually feel sorry for many immigrants that come here. They are sold a lie.

I agree as well if you can barely survive how are you going to start a family?

What happemed? Is it because Jane had more market share? I bring up Jane because for a few of physios and simlar fields I have used, they were all using Jane.
yea the market a bit saturated in general. A lot of the auxillary places (physio, massage therapy etc) use Jane

and walk in clinics typically use Telus PS Health Suite or something.

thing is we wanted to specifically fix the issue with walk-in appts for government agencies, hospitals and clinics and a lot of them just werent really tryna give us a chance. by the time we were ready to invest in marketing though, we had to overhaul some shyt due to android software updates

so were prolly just gonna give up

Classic big corps being stubbornly loyal with their legacy software.....
