Those with mortgages, how is this impacting y'all? Do you have fixed rate currently or variable?

Even if you have fixed, when it is time to renew, you'll have a big jump.

yeah, prices remain insane, and it's actually crazy since the city has gotten worse too. Plus, it seems many jobs aren't paying enough to be competitive. It won't shock me if we continue to see people dip once they graduate or get an opportunity to leave

ngl, if I went to school in Windsor, I'd prob work towards getting a visa and live in michigan :manny:



imagine going to school to in a STEM program. and you back to Toronto from school and evertything is $2000+

these are the only apartments you can get for under 1500

live in a basement = all of west toronto, brampton (and parts of downtown)

live in a low-income building (still competition to find a unit)= all of scarborough

live in a $2000 shoebox= all of downtown, vaughan, brampton, mississauga
