liberty, ice condos and fort york are all surprisingly bad as hell for sum reason
Don't most of the condos in the area allow short term rentals? I think there is a correlation with how bad an area can be when they allow that. I feel alot of the time trouble is from people that are just kicking it downtown for a weekend and whatnot.liberty, ice condos and fort york are all surprisingly bad as hell for sum reason

most units rented out
not enough elevators
piss poor management
fire alarms weekly
They don’t separate units with concrete just a firewall (Just drywall, insulation, and metal frame )
loud rowdy parties/neighbors, noise disturbances
Yeah, I remember before pandemics there would usually have parties every weekend in those areas. It's crazy the damage Airbnb has done to most cities. Also it seems that most builders are shady and took so many shortcuts in many condos in Toronto.
Yup older condos with a good reserve fund are better they might not be as flashy . But the space is massive, good management and less likely used for airbnb and parties.

Yup I remember helping someone find a condo, and it was a hassle and their credit was over 800. Once people realize you are black for many its ugh and ah
