hospitals are understaffed, beds are full, doctors overworked
a few years ago as a graduating nurse you would have to leave the province to get a full time gig
now asap you're good to go
even at my hospital we have internationally trained nurses now and externs (nurses who are still in school) a few years ago this practice was frowned upon
