bought my first condo in 2010...square one mississauga....$159
yeah like early 2000s i remember living in thornhill and brand new condos were going for 120k
my parents bought a big ol gigantic house in thornhill for 310k, i remember my dad getting angry at my mom because he only wanted to spend 275k
. Even in 2009 my parents bought a 4,000 sq foot house in woodbridge for 550k its now worth like 2.4 mill.i even remember in 2016 you could get a brand new condo in vaughan for 250k. I almost bought one 1bdrm 650sq feet but my dad company was closing so I didn't want to take on any new expense and had to help out my folks for awhile

1.2 for a townhouse
+750 for a condo (i assume 1 bed)
