Doctors said it happens to people who are tall and thin, but I'm not even that tall (6'1). I just remember that week, I started to struggle to do simple things like putting on clothes and picking up stuff. I had sharp pain in my shoulder and chest. The night before it happened, I actually went to the ER because I thought I was having an irregular heartbeat. When it happened, I was home and I thought I was having a heart attack. Could barely walk out of the car when my dad drove me to the hospital, I felt my entire body was heavy and every step was torture. I couldn't breathe either and my lungs were running out of air. When they forced me to lie down to do the CT and echocardiogram, I yelled out in pain and they had to give me percocet so I wouldn't be in pain.

Yeah man I don't want lung problems again. Struggling to breath is a terrifying feeling breh.

Had lung collapse twice, so first they put in a chest tube in to reinflate my lungs and then they did the plureodesis which is stapling and gluing my lungs to my ribs.

I'm fine now, my lungs just hurt in the winter for some reason.
