Toronto police have identified a man who was found gravely injured on Avenue Road, and later died in hospital.
Police say Ikechidiadi (Ike) Kaja, 49, of Toronto, is the city’s 10th homicide victim of the year.
Kaja was found near 916 Avenue Road on January 23, 2022 just after 10 p.m.
Police say he was found with life-threatening injuries and was rushed to hospital.
He died three days later on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, in hospital.
There’s no word on suspects, and police have not revealed any further information.
