I talked to someone I know that works for TD, and the said the Bank recommends that you are fully vaccinated, but not making it mandatory.

How are you guys dealing with your employer?

I’m unvaccinated and the job I’m working for currently isn’t making it mandatory but they are recommending people get boosters.

As long as people are getting there shots in droves this shyt won’t stop. People need to wake up and say enough is enough. Israel is already starting there 4th boosters already. Omicron is the weakest variant and they going overboard with this shyt. I feel for the small businesses and shyt that will probably lose money once they start locking shyt down again.

They haven't said anything to me but my wife's employer has been applying crazy pressure for a year now. Weekly emails, asking people to report vaxx status to their supervisor. Kinda makes sense as it's kids and healthcare, though.
