Peel police are looking for a Brampton man wanted in several commercial and ATM break-and-enters across the GTA.
Police conducted a three-months-long investigation and have released a video of two suspects. One clip shows the suspects using a chainsaw to open an ATM machine. In the second clip, they tie a rope to the back of a black pickup truck to drag it out of the building.
The video was taken from surveillance camera footage.
Police conducted two search warrants in Brampton on Friday. They found and seized cash, clothing and a variety of power tools, police said.
Police said Keith Brooks, 36, of Brampton, was arrested and charged with 27 counts of break and enter and 27 counts of disguising himself with the intention to commit a crime. He is also charged with one count of breach of an undertaking.
Brooks was held for a bail hearing in Brampton, said police.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for Shawn Moore, a 36-year-old man from Brampton.
He is wanted for 27 counts of breaking and entering and another 27 counts of disguising himself with the intention of committing a crime, said police.
