I see people make the Winnipeg and Edmonton move and come back all the time.

weather is a major factor in quality of life. A top 3 consideration on where to live. be practical not idealistic. if you can't stand Toronto winters don't delude yourself...

The math makes sense. If I land just a decent job and work hard, I'll be way ahead there then staying in the GTA.

Work balance is way off here. Gotta weight the options.

The GTA is in a housing bubble right now and has been for the last 6 years in the next 2 years that shyt is going to burst. Now that we are seeing inflation creeping in alot of people going to be losing they homes once the mortgage rates increase.

People have been speculating on the housing bubbling since 2000. I'm good on that.

And it's not just housing. Overall, I'd like to get out of the GTA before shyt implodes.
