nah not really but 36 lisgar has cheap rent for the location, because of its location so many units are rented for airbnbs thus you get all the partiers, clubbers etc. supposedly the condo is not even insured by CMHC

I know CLE & Jungle nikkas linked up, so I can understand why they might be there, but this could've also been an instance of everyone just randomly bumping into each other then all parties panic & the rest is history....


either way, they straight up clowns, shooting in the middle of the day in one of the city's biggest malls with kids, senior citizens & other innocents all over the place...

shyt could've turned out a whole lot worse....
