you cant really compare the two though. these are litterally just pockets of nikkas in different parts of the city with guns that occasionally: rob, sell drugs, pimp and whatever other crime they do to survive and and get money for studio time.

these other groups such as bikers or triads are ORGANIZED. O-R-G-A-N-I-Z-E-D.

theres a massive difference.

Probably why a lot of shootings in the GTA kinda happen in random parts. nikkas be getting shot anywhere from Vaughan, downtown or rexdale.

true enough, but the truth is there are black organisations that move HEAVY blow in the city. very organised, very discreet. very well "Staffed".

problem is with black street level dealers aka trap house dealers, "dial-a-dope" dealers etc. Other nationalities are move involved with the larger scale distribution of narcotics while the people you're referring to are no more than workers/street level dudes chippin down oz's at a time not 9-packs, halves and full things.
