Theres pockets of project housing all over the city...City is different for sure.You have project in nice neighbourhoods and in places like High Park.

I think this is part of gang violence. From the details it sounds like they had no real targets besides the actual neighbourhood. The murder top 5 is accused of being involved in was the same type of shyt. They went and shot up the block. They don't care who is outside as long as you live in a rival neighborhood. So the gangs are forcefully involving civilians. I can't see the separation .
