The cast and all the cameos did their thing. Rosario was alright, she was the weakest link of them all tho. Something about her acting that's throws me off. I'll still fukk tho

Just watched this one. Didn't know if it was supposed to be good or what it was really about but I was pleasantly surprised. Easily Rock's best movie. Had some really funny moments but some good bits of truth and characterization as well.

Thought the ending was really cool. We know what happens next but I'm glad they didn't show it in that typical Hollywood BS fashion.

Did anyone else think this was loosely inspired by Eddie Murphy's career?

definitely inspired by eddy murphy's career and how he pretty much REFUSES to do standup which is the very thing that put him on the map.

movie was meh for the most part but watchable. the cameo in jail had me tho. i didnt expect that but when i heard the sound effect leading in i said to myself "what if that was ...."

Rosario Dawson is a shyt actress. She changed my life in He Got Game, but he acting performances are flat.

I don't get the people saying this is funny as fukk or fire or any other overwhelmingly positive superlative. This movie is the definition of "I'm watching it because it's free to Amazon prime members, it's raining, and I'm not watching my sorry as Niners play". Had some funny parts, but nothing stands out about this movie, I'll probably never watch it again in its entirety

Edit: doesn't help that Gabrielle Union is in it, her acting, or lack thereof, has never sat well with me

Edit 2: agree with others, Dawson was kinda flat too
