Possibly. IMO, they'd need to bring in at least 5-6 new guys to have a nice pool of challengers for each belt.
It looks like Buddy Murphy & maybe Braun might be signing, but I think they'd be in the World Title scene.
Maybe they could bring over some ROH guys. Shane Taylor or Jay Lethal would be good choices to challenge for the belt.
