She was "with" Impact in the sense that she made a handful of appearances spread out over a few years as an enhancement talent before WWE signed her so maybe that's what you're remembering but she was never signed to Impact nor was she ever an actual character on the show.

So in the past few months they've added to the women's side:

• Kylie Rae
• Neveah
• Kimber Lee
• Tasha Steelz
• Deonna

That's not bad for where Impact are right now, not bad at all.
