watched early this morning

it felt like they relied too heavily on the jokes this time and the jokes were in the front seat and the story sort of followed behind

They went overboard with comedy

in a lot of ways, it feels like they were drunk on their own success after the classic, Ragnarok.

Ragnarok had great comedic timing and spacing in between the comedy and a balance between the comedy and story line; whereas Love and Thunder just felt like joke after joke, to the point it almost felt like they were trying to see how many jokes they could cram into some scenes.

First Thor I haven't seen in theaters. They can go ahead and bush this shyt or hand it over to a new director. Funny how the Russo Bros iterations of certain characters still remain better than them in their own movies.

I think a family squabble movie can handle comedy beats a lot better. That’s essentially what Ragnarok was.

This movie was a comedy quest, romantic comedy, and religious dark comedy mixed together.

Like it had just been a romantic comedy of trying to save Jane from the hammer poisoning probably would have worked better.
