The executive producer of Homeland is involved with the show. Homeland is pure piff and FX has a history of putting out piff.

There's a BRIDGE that connects EL PASO to MEXICO -- A dead body ends up on both sides of the border/bridge. So an investigation happens, with a US cop and MEXICAN cop together investigating. Now there is other shyt going on. But the drug WAR is played in the background. At least in the beginning.

Yeah this show is gonna be FX's summer gem. with the americans done till Jan, and SoA starting in the fall, the show will definitely fill the void.

i'm digging what they're doing with the teasers, they dont show anything but damned if they dont pique your interest.

IMO, FX been on a roll since Rescue Me.

Thought this was about the Juarez femicides, in the 90's, and even now, hundreds, it not thousands murdered women....and still no one really has an offical answer, but if you know enough and do a little research, you will understand why and what happened. Show looks dope, but theres so much good content as far as Juarez goes, I'll give FX the benefit of the doubt, but I don't want to see a bunch of stereotypical Mexican gangsters or cops, hope it as a lot of authenticity and thought put into it.

FX also has "Tyrant" this summer by Gideon Raff, the creator of "Hatufim", the Israeli series that "Homeland" is based on.
