Alright, brehs. I'm late to the show and I binged the first two seasons recently and loved it. However, after the first two episodes of season three (and being a Showtime show...), I'm ready to jump ship. This has been a terrible start to season three and I want to know if it gets better or there's any payoff. It completely jumped the shark early on.

I also see there's only three pages for seasons three and four while the first two had 12.

Yeah, Season 3 sucked. Season 4 is a bit better, but nowhere near as good as season 1 and 2. Seasons 1 and 2 were fukking amazing (like grade A television). Season 3 and 4 are C level. Honestly, you’re not missing much if you stop now.

Although, I can’t remember if they killed her off of that show too. The last season of Luther was so bad, I erased from my mind

I dunno who killed her. Ben was acting very strange, but Luisa has motive.

However, Alison could have died by accident, like her first child, or she could have killed herself. However that seems a bit out of character (especially since she has a living child to consider). Something is fishy though.

I actually was wondering if this was the last season too. I looked it up, and it got renewed for a fifth and final season. I think it would be weird to have a season without Alison, but I'll remain open-minded. I guess Alison could still be in the 5th season, in flashbacks and such.

Anyway, this season just became a lot more interesting with this development.

At the end of the episode they showed a preview of the next episode. It said "only 2 more episodes left. You'll see what really happened." Then it showed Alison walking into the water. So, given this, I think we'll see what really happened in episode 9 or 10.

Now that I think about it, Luisa could have ask Alison about the immigration thing and they got into an argument. Luisa points out that Alison has disappeared again, she's a shyt parent. That and Ben's hoeness could have sent her over the edge. If she did indeed commit that.
