Y'all can hate on France as you wish, it's not like the US matters any more in men tennis like it used to be. :mjpls:
And never trust Monfils, he's too unpredictable. Everybody knows that.
no Frenchman has won a grand slam in 30 years. And only 1 Frenchman won one in 60+ years....shyt i dont even know why they call that shyt the "French Open" :russ:

as far women you do know that just b/c Henin speaks french, doesn't make her french right? :mjpls:

Wake.
Wait what was the "controversy" regarding that first match? She had an injury and couldn't continue. I'm reading the McEnroe and Carillo quotes and confused.

controversy was that cramps aren't an injury, they are conditioning problems, so players shouldn't get any mercy.

example: steve johnson lost a 1st round match cause of cramps. he cramped, hobbled around on court, laid down in his chair, and was given point and game punishments cause he was stalling (couldn't even stand up) - but that's the way it is. eventually he retired.

here, peng got 10 minutes to recover with no points taken away, got a MTO when she shouldn't have, and still got a second chance to play

If Serena doesn't win this one, she should just retire. Wozniacki has been training for a marathon, she should be prepared to run 26 miles on Sunday if she wants to win.

It's crazy how relieved Serena looked at the end.

US Open will be the slam of redemption. Bryans and Serena ending their droughts, not to mention Fed :blessed:
